tricks for loosening p.s. ball joints on 5211

I am having trouble loosening the ball joints on the power steering cylinder on my 5211 and wonder if anyone has suggestions. Do I need a special size fork? I have all the castellated nuts off and the hoses undone.

Also, any tips for replacing the seals on the cylinder or things to look out for would be greatly appreciated.

Take the nuts off and jack up the threaded part of the ball joint then whack the casing with a big hammer . It should come out then.
