this is my first post in this forum, I hope one (or even two...) of you can halp me with my bureaucratic problem!
I bought a used Zetor 6011 (Build in 1981, Serial number 3036) from the Netherlands. So, there are no registration documents...But if I want to register the tractor officially in Germany and to let it check for its security, I need some official documents containing technical data (weight, sizes, approval marks of the cabin ...).
I called Zetor Germany, but they lost the accordant document called "Mustergutachten" for this type of tractor...???
So, does anyone of you own some documents about this tractor, registration documents ("Fahrzeugbrief/-schein") or stuff like that I could copy to get the data (Of course, I will pay for your effort)?
the TUV cant give you a new Fahrzeugbrief ??
I have dealt with the TUV in previous and present jobs, but there seems to be a lot more possible (ausnahmegenehmigung) than with the Dutch RDW...
In Holland, tractors only have a license plate if you want to drive into Germany. So dutch tagging is very simple, we dont need tags here anyways. Perhaps you could tag it in Holland, get a registration and then transfer it to a Fahrzeugbrief ??
The fun with EU regulations is, that if one EU member state gives a paper, any other EU state has to accept it despite the fact that local regulations may be different...
