I recently got a Zetor 6945. I was wondering to put a turbine on it, does any one have an opinion on that?

6945 is the first with the updated engine, it has bigger intake valves and an extra coolant passage. If you use a coarse mazed radiator from an earlier, or a later model, the engine can easily take turbocharging.

The connecting rods are the same as the later 7745 turbo, which was 90hp. This one however had hardened valve seat inserts and a gel headgasket. I'd say it will last quite a while at 75hp, if you want more you'd need the whole package. And an oil cooler.

what about the cooling oil for the turbine? I once herd some one say you needed to make a pocket that stores some oil so when you turn off the engine the oil still keeps flowing and cooling?

You should allow it to cool by running a minute or two, before shutting the engine off after working under full load. Also let it idle for 5 seconds before shutting off when you ran it at high rpm, so the turbo can loose speed before oil flow stops when the crankshaft stops.
