Turbomounting on 7540 ?

Somebody told me some time ago that I can NOT put a turbo on my UR 3 (7540) engine because they say that my pistons is different than on the UR3 turbomodels.
Is it true ?

The pistons are different on the 7540 non turbo engine the difference being:-
Turbo piston has larger combustion chamber, top piston ring is wedge shaped with a steel insert in the piston to accomodate the ring. Turbo pistons are usually smaller than non turbo pistons to allow for extra expansion due to the higher combustion temperatures associated with turbocharged engines
