ur 2 breaking gear selector shafts

has any one came across this problem before ?

Do you mean the shafts inside the tranny, or the gearlevers ??

I think it must be a rough operator, we ran ours with bad tranny, we needed two hands to smash it in reverse gear, nothing broke....

i have came across this problem a few times.
it happened with myself once for no reason whatsoever.
they are easy repaired and not so easy to replace

its mainly the right hand gear selector(1234)that gives trouble.
bad pressure plate can cause this .or as you said a rough operator
