Hi

I have a vibration problem on my zetor 6341. From 3rd gear and upp I have vibration on specific rpms... If I let off a little or give more throttle it almost goes away.

I have just bought the tractor and I am in the process of doing a complete service.
- engine oil/filter changed
- trans/gear oil and hydraulic filter changed
- front diff oil changed
- rear portals oil changed

I have checked wheel bolts and they are tight. Also checked air pressure in the tires.

I vibrates alot and I feel this isnt right.

Anyone have any ideas where to look next?

Could it be a tire issue?

Thanks!

This is typical for worn front Wheel tires. also these engines have 2 Critical RPMs because of no balancing shafts and they will vibrate when in these rpm. now i dont remember at what rpm it is because its over 8 years since i sold my 7341.

My 6341 vibrates at about 1500 RPM regardless of ground speed. The tire lugs will also cause vibration, on a hard surface. This will usually be at mid speed, maybe 7,8 gear at low RPM.

Thanks! I thopught something was seriously wrong.

Front tires are ready for replacement soon. They are also the wrong size... 320/85-24. According to the registration documents fronts should be 11.2 x 24.

If you have 16.9-30 rears, you should have the 11.2-24 front. I have 16.9-34 and 12.4-24 on mine.

Im aware of this. But you are wrong my friend :)
My tractor has 23 cogs gear wheel, and yours have 22.

So if I fit 16.9x34 rear tires I need 13.6x24 fronts....

11.2x24 and 16.9x30 has 23 cogs gear wheel
12.4x24 and 16.9x34 has 22 cogs gear wheel
