Water in hydraulics?

Hi I have a Zetor 5718 and the hydraulics stopped working last weekend. A friend said that it's probably water in the hydraulics
and it's frozen (It's about -15 c here). I my question is: what is the problem? The water itself or the fact the the water has frozen? How can I fix it? Wait for warmer weather and drain the hydraulics or what? Any tips are highy apreciated. I have about 80 centimeters of snow and it's still snowing! I need my loader.

If the oil you get from the remote outlets, is white and milky, then there is a lot of water in the oil. good oil doesnt absorb water at all because these fluids just dont mix. But when the oil hasnt been changed in years and is worn out, e.g. has lost its viscosity and lubricating ability, it can absorb water and things like this could happen.

Arou you sure you dont have the lever in neutral ?
