Hi. I rebuilt my water pump on my 6945 about 6 months ago. New bearings, and new 2 piece ceramic seal. I have only ran it maybe 2 minutes since then due to me doing other work on the tractor but tonight I noticed that there is coolant coming out of the weep hole. Does that mean I didn't do a good job or does the ceramic seal have to wear in before it can seal properly? Im hoping that it just has to wear in... Does anyone have advice before I tear it apart again?

I had this once on a waterpump after installing a new bearing. It wasnt the ceramic slider, but the rubber boot around the seal spring. I ended up getting a brand new water pump for 25 euro.
