wobble in front left wheel

i took my zetor 7045 out on the road on saturday and when the front left wheel wnet inn a little hole it would wobble from top to bottom rather than side to side i would like to no what has caused this weather it is a big problem or weather it is normal.

Loosen the bolts that connect the front rim (cast iron part) to the bead.
The bolts probably arent tight, and now the flange doesnt lie on the rim centering ridge anymore. Loosen those bolts, align, retighten. If the threads of those bolts are damaged, replace the bolts to be able to tighten them all the way.
