Zetor 3320 brake problem

I recently purchased a zetor 3320. I drove it home for about 10 miles and the brakes were smelly. After I parked it, it was like the brakes seized up. What could be the problem?

What happened there is, the brake discs warmer up and need to be adjusted. the smell was the brake asbestos burning.
