Zetor 3320 loader hydraulic problems

My zetor 100 loader mounted on my 3320 is very slow and sluggish. I lifts extremely slow, and under a load hardly lifts period. The tilt seems to be much stronger than the up/down. I suspected hydraulic pump, but a neighbor mentioned air in the cylinder. Any suggestions on the possilbe root cause and any advice on the solution? Thanks.

if there's air in the cylinder, top up the oil and clean the suction filter. If that doesnt help , replace the pump.
