zetor 3410 clutch fork removal

im trying to drive the chutch fork rod out of my 3410 zetor i can see the keyways in both forks but the rod wond come out
 
What zetor ? 3410 doesnt exist. And why would you want to take out a clutch fork ? Maybe give us some background on this.
