question zetor 40km gearbox? Ursus 1224 T

i have a 1995 1224t ursus which has a 30km gearbox am thinking of changing it to a 40km gearbox am told al i hav to do is take the lid of the gearbox and change 2 gears am wondering is it as easy as that

its a matter of changeing gears, but not by taking the lid off...
its a matter of splitting the tractor and gutting it...

thanks for your reply i think i will have to knock that idea on the head ? mite consider buying 1 with a 40km box
