Hello. I have a Zetor 4718 that hasen't been running for 5 year. Yesterday when i was trying to start it, it started and went on full trottle even if i adjusted the leveler on the pump all off it keept running on full trottle. I had to cut the diesel line to shut it off.
Does anyone had this problem? Or know what can be wrong?

lube the pump. Totally fill it with diesel first and then run it for a while to clean it, then drain and fill with the correct amount of oil .

Looks like the 3 injector on the pump is hanging. And advice how to get it loose, without picking the pump apart. Have tried to feel up the pump with diesel and turn the engine but the injector i still in open position.

did you open the side hatch ? dont break the spring, but try to pry it loose with a screwdriver and WD40.

Hi, I have a similar problem om 5718 pump, the thin
rod behind the spring is stuck in the up stroke, have lubed and carefully picked at it, but you can, t see it, also the link arms will not move, im sure ive tried every lever position, if you lift them by hand there is no resistance felt at all, any thoughts would well appreciated. :)
