zetor 4911 lifting problems

when my zetor 4911 is heading down hill the lift wont go up but if i head up the hill it will is the tractor low on backend oil

you most likcli are low on oil and as what you got runs forward the pump cant pick it up unless you are on exstraem stip hills were the oil flows to muht forward anyway.
