I did this job back in around 2005, get the gears for the back end is the hardest, have to split the tractor behind the gearbox and the back end, but was nice job after as the 9111 is 40k.
There's a page I answers a question here lately from someone wanted to convert a 2wd too and sent me this picture only this one is off a 6 cylinder tractor from what I see in the picture and the drive shaft would have to be shortened.
Nearly easier to buy a 4wd tractor unless you already have the parts or be sure you have the right parts as if you don't get the right ratio gears for the back end it won't be a success
If you came across an old Zetor /Ursus 8045/385 you would get all the parts you need and then export what's left of the tractor. that's what I had only thing the front axle was 11 years older than the tractor.
