Hello

I have a problem with 3 point, when it is at top point the hydraulic is still trying to pull it higher. I have to adjust it down a little, and then it stops. Is this normal or is there somthing wrong?

No, its not normal.

Normally the lifting mechanism stops, controlled by a rod inside, before the lifting cylinder presses against the rear wall of the differential. In the worst case scenario, the lifting cylinder can break the housing!

I think that if the external rod is not bent, you will have to remove the cover with the hydraulics and look inside to see if everything is OK.

Even if nothing is broken, something has still been adjusted, because the play that should remain can be adjusted.

I would be happy to give you more details once you have briefly introduced yourself and your Zetor in words and pictures. ;) When I'm new, I don't go to the neighbors and ask where I can find the drill first, but at least say hello and introduce myself briefly. ;) ;)

Thanks for the reply

I used the time to read a litle bit... so:

Unfortunately, I have the Zetormatic handbook only in German, so you would have to translate the text yourself (there are online sites where you can upload images with text and then get the text as a text file, which you could then translate using Google Translate. It takes a bit of effort, but it costs nothing.)

Edit: I found a english one: :D so you doesnt need to translate ;)

If you pull it off, you cant check function.

You can test with compressed air, the pressure isnt high enough to blow past the seals (despite air being thinner than oil) when there is still oil on them. If you support it with some wooden blocks on the workbench so the mechanism doesnt rest on the bench, you can test your adjustments.
