zetor 5245 no hydraulic guick couplings

Hello. I just bought a second hand zetor 5245 but the tractor does not have hydraulic quick couplings. How can i add them? The tractor has a lever for hydraulic implements that is in working state. When i pull it backwards i can hear the tractor's hydraulic pump trying to pump oil but there are not any quick coupling to connect an implement. Please help..
 
Lift the cab floor and you will probably see some oil lines, capped off some where.
