question Zetor 5340 dashboard dont work

Hi!

Has a 94 5340 that has trouble that nothing in the dashboard works.
Having trouble with ignition lock, but switching it. The new one had more connections but just connected identical to the old one.
Could this be something that the new ignition lock is also, are there any other known mistakes on these tractors?

There's a mistake with the reverse speeds for pushing up silage, if you high gear, going forward is fine but the reverse was too fast. while in low gear forward is fine but reverse was too slow

We used to have 7340. So the lights are worked on the key too so there is least 6 connections on the bottom but one (54)
goes to the starting button,
