I am the proud owner of a 1995 JD 2300 with an independent hydraulic pump, and I am looking to install a Buhler Allied 595 loader, which has come of a Zetor 5340 previously.
I am told that the main hydraulic feed needs to be diverted to the spool block of the loader, before continuing on its way. A third connection for 'overflow' also needs to be installed.
Can anyone help with any instructions/diagrams etc on the correct procedure for connecting the hydraulics for this loader.
I did find a previous forum that mentioned a link to a diagram, but the link was dead.
Thanks in anticipation
Pedr

I have now had some success - the Buhler Allied company who manufacture the loader have been able to supply me with a detailed PDF showing the plumbing diagram for a Zetor.

I am very grateful to them and they say that (provided it is not modified in any way) they are happy for me to share the diagram with anyone else who may need it.

I shall upload it once the FTP function becomes available on the forum, or someone contacts me with a view to locating it elsewhere, then linking.

Happy Zetoring
