No quality issues. The bad clutch and brake master cylinders, as well as the water pumps, are improved over the predecessing 2 series.
I think that the Canadian dollar used to be as high as the Dutch Guilder, so it would cost you 11.270 Euro. That's not much, i'd say. really not much.
Over here, 10 year old Zetors with 5000 hrs on them do that price for export...
