A friend of mine told me that you could buy a new engine on the internet for your old zetor for instance he sayd i could get a new engine for my 5511 tractor model 1970-1975 with extra features such as turbo and intercooler? is this true? or is it just expensive and not worth it?

You can buy complete, brand new engines that fit them. However, the new engine will be worth more than the rest of the tractor.

Does the Zetor 5511,5611 & 5711 use the same brake pump(prime) and steering ends? also im thinking of rebuilding my 5611 can i get a rbuilding kit or some thing? theres nothing majore wrong. it runs like a clock, but the engine isint as powerfull as i think it should be(i own a Ursus with the same hp engine and its much more powerfull, but its also 10 years yunger) and it needs a new hidrullick pump also.

All parts are available to overhaul your tractor. Items would have to be ordered separately from your local dealer or a non genuine supplier. Regards Mike
