Zetor 5545

we bought our first tractor ever, an old zetor5545. so far we have only had trouble with it. the latest is that the hand brake has locked the left rear wheel... any suggestions how to free it up again? also any ideas on where you can get a workshop manual for this model?

To fre the handbrake first lok under the tracktor that there are no lincks that is bent or rusted stuck iff that is not the problem there is a plate beside the driver seat and one at the rear of the tractor you can tacke off to find the adjustment.
