Zetor 6245 4-Wheel Drive

Having an issue with the the 4-wheel drive.

I have moved the handle to the downwards position and turned the handle to lock it in. From what I read in the manuel, this is all you need to do to engage/disengage 4-wheel drive.

From what it looks like in the manual, this handle should be all the way down to the floor however, there is still a few inches between the handle and the floor.

Look underneath it and see what you can make of it... Very hard to define, i welded a rod to the lever of our 5245 so you cant pull it out of the slot. That worked way better than guessing and dislocating it every few weeks.
