Zetor 6245 4WD tractor How good is it?

Hi Frank

They have no real problems. They suffer from the usual Zetor brake and clutch cylinder problems but they're cheap to replace so don't let that put you off. The ones which have disc brakes stop better than the drum brake models. Make sure the front hubs aren't leaking down the wheels. If it starts and runs okay it should be fine.

I love my 6245. As stated before only problems are clutch and brake slaves. I also bypassed mechanical fuel pump with electric fuel pump. No more priming and no power fade due to lack of fuel.
