Machinery:
Zetor 6245
I have a 6245 with clutch problems.
I have just split the tractor and found the release bearing in pieces and the front covers sleeve cut in half. I need to buy a new front cover (part number 6711 1903) and new bearings, clutch plates etc.
The problem, is that I live in Australia and Zetor spare parts are very expensive here. I have bought parts from BENO in the Czech Republic and was very happy with there prices, but they don't have many clutch parts or the front cover.
I was wondering if any one, knew of a company that sells these parts
Regards David

You have a lot of choice in Australia. Zetor Direct, Eastman (always offering clutch parts on ebay), Country Tractor Service and a couple of firms in Queensland. I certainly don't find Zetor prices high in Australia and never have, try buying for a few other makes.

Try this link.

They ship all over the world. If not in stock it normally takes 2 days extra. They speaks English and lives just outside Berno and are 100% trustable.

Thanks for the reply,
I recently bought a clutch slave cylinder from Zetor direct, it cost more than 4 times the amount for the same item in the Czech republic.
The mark up in Australia is very high, even the postage is 3 times the amount.

It's expensive to keep an extensive parts stock. Lots of items don't move. If you want the convenience of a parts supply of not only big selling parts but the odd things you need, and want it delivered to your farm the next day, then that has to be paid for. The loss of two weeks or more for overseas delivery at vital times would cost me more than the few dollars more for the part and make it impractical to run Zetor .

Thanks for the link Hazze
Looks like they can get anything.

I understand Corundal, I don't order just one thing at a time, It's only when I need a lot of items, I just bought 3 master cylinders for less than $20 each, the same items purchased in Australia would have been over $300

I by all my spare parts from ATP an never got disappointed. Most parts genuine Zetor parts. Including freight 1/4 - 1/3 of the cheapest Swedish alternative and on top excellent communication tracking no. a.s.o.

Hazze,
I have a question about ATP.
When 2 items are displayed, both look the same but one has CZ and is usually more expensive. Is CZ the designator for original parts and the other one, non genuine.
Thanks David

Yes I think CZ stands for genuin Zetor part. I bought the headlight switch marked CZ, a bit more expensive and what i recieved was the Motorpal brand normally used by Zetor.
