Ah... now its clear. Its truely selfmade sticker on a original 1990 Zetor 5245 (45 hp at PTO, araound 50 hp at angine) with later mounted turbo kit from M&D. Cool...an early one with the number 0018, also from 1990, which means that the turbo kit was mounted on the factory-new tractor.

Can you take more photos of the locomotive with the hood open? Interesting stuff...

You can find the tire filler here at your air compressor valve, left side of your engine if you have a air brake system mounted...
