Went to turn at end of field and steering wheel would not turn as it normally did, with great force I was able to turn it a bit.
Has the steering pump failed or could it be the cylinder?
Any ideas how to test where the fault is.

Thanks David

Hi
Asuming you have cheked fluid and that is ok and if you got the cz powerstering wiht the relifevalve on the pump you can undo the hose from pump to sylinder and put an gauge in the end preshure should be ca 80 bar.

Have no oil returning to tank, and removing hose on cylinder no oil, so pump is faulty, have taken it off, coupling to Compressor is ok.
Lifting front wheels up, found nearside King pin ceased.
Do not know whether this damage pump.
Had great difficulty getting wheel nuts undone. Trying now to remove arm from top of King pin but unable to shift it. Have puller tightened up and tapping it but it won't budge, have tried heating it but still unable to move it. Any ideas?

Thanks David
