Zetor 6745 Spill Timing

Can any body please advise on the location of spill timing marks
for a Zetor 6745. I have a single punch mark located on flywheel. Viewed from bottom aperture. Does ajacent machined
halfmoon shape play any part in alignment?

Many Thanks !!!

I assume halfmoon machined part is done to balance the flywheel.

There is a mark on the flywheel, the timing gears are marked and there is only one way to mount the fuel pump shaft to the air compressor shaft, with an asymmetrical toothed collar.

There is a scribe line on the left hand side of the square clutch inspection hole which lines up with marks on the flywheel that can be seen after removing the inspection cover.

Be carefull!!! this will only work if the flywheel has been put back in its original position:sneaky: sometimes people just wack them back on with out bothering to put it back on the mark69)

The flywheel can only be fitted in one position on the crankshaft as it has three mounting bolts & two locating dowells! [smiley=happy2]

Thankyou to all respondents. I located the scribe mark behind square inspection plate and corresponding flywheel markings 18 to 22 degrees. Found during alignment that pump and gear train wear would only allow adjustment to the 22 + degree mark.
Tractor is running and finishing touches almost completed and SHE should taste the earth again very soon .
Thanking all again NP.
