Zetor 6945 steering ram

My 6945 steering goes to full lock one way, I've adjusted the ram but there is no "mid point" so have stripped the ram down and found some metal floating inside. It has scored the inner rod and the seal is damaged. Does anybody know where I can get new seals from and a replacement inner rod. Would buy a complete steering ram assembly if available.
I have photos of the ram complete and stripped down, I can send these to anybody that might be able to help.
