I have been offered Zetor turbo 7340 with the farm purchase for an extra $7000 with attached loader, bush hog and loader bucket.
Looks like this machine is not in a great conditions. Brake doesn't work, gears switching could be better but no obvious leaks, starts easily (on summer time) and runs without obvious problems.
It has ~ 2050 hrs.
Tires looks cracked and filed with calcium.
I have zero experience with this tractor and would appreciate any input.
I'm not sure about parts availability (Ontario, Canada) and how reasonable price for the machine in unknown conditions.
if i had 7000 Canadian, which is just short of 5000 Euro, i would run at it immediately because these are highly sought after in Europe.
Brakes: most likely some slave cylinders and a can of WD40 will solve all problems... tires, you know best what they cost in your area.. Gear switching, you get used to the funny angle of the gearlever.
Parts, you can get parts directly from Zetor North America if you dont have any local dealership. Otherwise Ridgeway enterprises is importing Zetor parts too. Parts availability is good, theres just not allways a dealer nearby, which is no problem in the era of internet and UPS delivery.
i have a 6340 very good machine i paid about 100 000 Norwegian kroner for it wich is about 12 13000 euros and that was a good price so youre in for a bargain
