Hi:
I replaced the entire wiring harness in the BK6011 cab of my Zetor 7745 as it was extensively damaged by an animal. Because of the damage most connections were ripped out and so I used the wiring diagram to install the new wires. There are two resistors, one mounted beside each fan and I am unable to find any reference to them in the wiring diagram or online. I looked up the parts by the Zetor Part # and they look correct so the parts are clearly part of the system and available.

My question is does anyone know how to connect these resistors to the fans or into the wiring harness. I have not connected the switches yet so I do have some wires not connected at the moment but none in the area where I need them (the harness is wired so when it is laid out the wires for each component is exposed where the component is so I would expect resistor wires to be at or near the resistors).

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Thanks, Richard

Its my own wiring diagram I made as I repair my Zetor 5011 years ago - but I used the original BK 6011 cab wiring diagram to make a new one for me. Here you can easely see the reistors (62) and hw these bothe are connected. Hope it helps...

Hi Joachim, thank you so much for this wiring diagram . Mine shows most of what is on yours but doesn't include the resistors. I now see and understand how it works. You have helped me with multiple issues I have had while I try to restore my old Zetor 7745 and I am very grateful for your help . Thank you!

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can offer some advice to me regarding the BK6001 rewiring I am working on for my Zetor 7745. I have installed a new wire harness and so far have the three relays, upper cab headlights, heater fans with resistors and ceiling lamp wired along with the connection to the 3 pole fuse panel and grill/cab light changeover switch under the dash. I am left with the three switches to install in the upper panel for the front wiper/washer, rear washer and heat/ventilation (and wireless but not sure what or where that is). I do not have rear work headlamps or a rear window heater.

My problem is that the wires I have remaining for the switches do not match the colours of either my Zetor 7745 or the BK6001 wiring diagrams, both of which I got thanks to Joachim on this site. I have attached some photos to show what wires I have vs what the drawings show and am wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions. I am not a pro at this and am more of a hobbyist but have a reasonable understanding of auto electrics.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can offer me some assistance.

Richard

Please do not open x threads for the same theme - one is good to follow your questions and solutions. ;)

This appears to be a replica wiring harness and not an original one (the labels on the plugs were not on the original).
With Zetor it is like this:
grey = ground 31, i.e. to the cab panel
blue = usually ignition plus 54 supplying power
red = battery or permanent plus 30 supplying power
yellow and green are usually cables going to consumers.

What does it say on the little pieces of paper at the ends of the cables?

If it helps -in my wiring diagram ...
41 (51 for BK 6211) = Fan and rear window heating switch
42 (42 for BK 6211) = Windscreen wiper switch (should be connected identically for you)
47 (47 for BK6211) = Rear window wiper switch
49 = Top rear work light, if available.

Hi, sorry for posting incorrectly. Thank you for the information. I should have mentioned that the labels on the harness in my photos were added by me before I started in an attempt to understand where all the plug would go. The harness did not come with those tags/labels. I expected that the wire colours on the harness would at least match the colours shown on the drawings or that some of the original wires would still be in place but neither is true which is why I am struggling. I will be working on this again today and will use the advice you gave me. Thank you.

Hi Ronani, thank you for the photo. What is the large white box on top of the left side switch? I am thinking it is a relay but I have no reference to that in my wiring schematic - just the switch itself. However I do have a part poorly installed that was dangling loose in the upper cab housing and soldered to the back of the front wiper switch. It has no cover, no reference numbers and was not mounted to the switch as your is but I assume it is what you have inside that white box. I included some photos. Is there any info on the unit that might give me a clue about what it is and where I can get it (and maybe also why it is not on my drawings and when I look up a replacement switch, not part of that either)? Also if possible would you have any additional photos that show more detail of the wires attached to the three switches from your tractor? I thought getting the new wires up to the cab roof would be the worst part of this project but figuring out which wires go to which switch is extremely frustrating. Any additional info would be a huge help and very appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
Richard

Looks like the white box is a transistor, you seem to have that in your photo with the copper coil.

That looks like the wiper switch with wiping interval circuit. For this you need the circuit diagram from a Zetor 3320 or 3120 Super

Hi Joachim, thanks for getting back to me again. I found the wiring drawings for the 3320 from your posts. They are black and white only. Does that sound like the correct ones? Thanks again for all your help .

Thanks,
Richard

Yes, above the 7745 all wiring diagrams are only b/w and in a often poor quality printed in the manuals .

Edit: found a original one wiper switch with timer in my store...

Hi Joachim,
thank you for the info.

I purchased the switch you show in the photo and have it installed.
Now I have another issue regarding the wiring from the front wiper motor to the 4 pin connector in the wiring harness (the labels on the wires in the photos were added by me and not on the harness from supplier).
The wires coming from the wiper motor are red, yellow and black (plus a blue one by itself) which are all loose (not in a connector) but the wires in the connector from the harness are 2 blue together in one pin, a green and a yellow each in their own pin (see attached photo).

I have two wiring diagrams, one diagram indicates green and blue wires going into a connector (no yellow though) without showing the corresponding colours for the motor side of the connector,
and the other drawing indicates the red, black and yellow from motor but the harness wires do not match my wiring harness colours (again see photos).

I cannot find any info on how to match the yellow/red/black motor wires to the green/blue/yellow harness wires. Any help with this would really be appreciated and I thank everyone for any help in advance.

Thats my personal I made for my own Zetor 5011.

What you can see are numbers in my wiring diagram . That should help to follow them and the colors help to find the right way of wirings.
You see - switch 4 goes to wiper 4, switch 2 goes to wiper 2, 1 goes from Wiper to switch and the white ... that way it doesnt work?

The three cables go directly from the wiper motor to the wiper switch WITHOUT an adapter plug. That's why I'm a little surprised that you still have an adapter plug left over.

Thats how I made it:
Wischer_Schaltung_offen_02.jpg Wischer_Schaltung_offen_05.jpg Wischer_Schaltung_Motor_innen_2016.jpg
And this works for me at my Zetor 5011

What exactly does it say on the note on the plug in your photo?

Hi Joachim, thanks once again for your reply. Yes the one drawing I have is from you - thanks for that. My wiper switch is different than the one you show in the most recent photos. It has the relay (timer?) attached to the back of it. I plugged all the wires from my new wiring harness in to it (as per photo from Ronani posted earlier in this thread) and none of those wires go to the wiper motor. Also, there are no tabs remaining on the switch to connect the red, yellow and black wires from the motor to (I did not take the cover off the relay though so could they be under there?). Any additional info would be really helpful. Thanks again.

When you use a awitch from a newer model, you should also use the newer one wiring diagram from the newer model. ;)
Use the wiring diagram from a Zetor 3320 - 7340 eg for this type of switch... or the original switch without relay timer.

Here is the wiring diagram for a Zetor 3320-7340 cab - I think this one could help you

And here a newer one, also 3320 - 7340

Another newer one (3321 Super - 7341 Super) is - sorry - a piece of shit. Why did Zetor print such a senseless wirirng diagram in a operators manual ? God damn... (n);)
