Hi Everyone

My Dad's Zetor 7745 is not lifting the rear Linkage or the front loader but there is hydraulic pressure coming up to the hydraulic distributor and to supplying the 2nd port with hydraulics.

So far we have stripped the distributor down cleand it up made sure everything is clean and free but no joy in anything working would you guy's have any suggestions on what to try next ?

Many thanks Flo and Sam from Iceland

What? You have pressure on the hydraulic connections at the rear, but not on the front loader or the linkage?
That doesn't really add up. 🤔

That doesn't really add up.

Check the following:
- The pressure pipe (the one that goes up past the differential) for cracks
- Check valve in the control block in the internal circuit valve
- Pressure relief valve on the lift cylinder
- Lift cylinder sealing sleeves
- Check the flow divider in the control block for function

And test the hydraulics with compressed air.

Hi Joachim

Thank you for your response

We are getting pressure on system 2 but not on system 1 fron the control block
Cannot lift the hitch or front loaders I am wondering if it is something inside the control block like you say

I am going to go and have a look at the pressure pipe now and will report back

Thanks Flo and Sam

Cannot lift the hitch
This is the hydraulic inner circuit...

or front loaders
This is the hydraulic outer circuit

So as you say - both hydraulic circuits in the steering valve wont work. OK

But what I don't understand:
We are getting pressure on system 2 but not on system 1 fron the control block
What do you mean with system 1 and system 2 ?

If you mean the control spool in the hydraulic control block that operates the lifting mechanism (inner circuit) and the second control spool that operates the external connections (outer circuit), then that's contradictory if you say you have pressure in both circuits and at the same time that both circuits aren't working.
Where exactly did you measure the pressure? Please take photos, so we don't have to guess.

In general, photos would help to understand how your hydraulics are currently set up. ;)

Hi Joachim

The Pipe seems to be ok seems to hold pressure when I blow down it don't think it's the pressure pipe the control block shuttle valve moves freely when leaver is moved but pressure is not coming from either port 1 or 2 when shuttle valve moves or when direction of flow is changed now

Are the pictures correctly marked by myself ?

Thanks Flo and Sam

This is the connection block on the back

0 is the hydraulic return

As far measuring pressure we have not done.

My dad told me when anything is connected to port 2 and 0 return you get hydraulic pressure but on 1 we get nothing

You should study a little bit the attached book of Zetormatic I think that can help to understand its functions.
