Zetor 7901 (Australia)

This engine was used in Zetor 7340 Turbo. Part number is 79010650.
No - that part number is only the pump housing... ;)

The right part number is 79010625 or 79010615 for the complete pump.
Would the below pump do the job?

Good damn - that price is pretty much to expensiv for a non original water pump.(n)

This pump costs normally between 60 € (non original) and 150 € (original) in Europe.
You can usually tell by the color of the pulley:
  • Black or shiny metallic = EU production, not original (60 up to 80 euros)

  • Brown = original Zetor (150 up to max. 200 euros)

Before you pay so much money, ask whether it really is an original Zetor water pump. In replicas, the ball bearings are often of inferior quality or the seals.

And... if you see/hear "Zetra" - that's also not original spare part and not to be confused with original Zetor. ;)

Hi Mitchell. You could contact Zetor direct in Echuca, they will have the right pump, genuine for about the same price as non genuine. Alternatively you could recondition this pump fairly easily if you have time, and a press. I've done this a few times on different zetor's and it works well
