Now I come to test the PTO on my newly bought Zetor , I could not budge the handle out of place so I screwed a plate under the steering column to look in, it was just a rod that went down to another bar under the floor which continues under the floor, I squirted some oil into the hope that it was there it was stuck. After a while I will try to "exercise" it but still could not shake it out of place, I put a short pipe outside to in order to take a little more hold, it resulted, of course, just in that I broke the handle how do I get it free... this is a common problem, just remove the 3 bars going up to steering, then open 2 bolts holding down the unit that is sized, u may then heat it up and hammer it out, grease it all up and put it back, not that hard to do
