how does a zetor 9540 or 10540 stand up in daily heavy loader work with loads up to 1 ton on the loader,

no problem as long as the loader has a proper subframe.
Clutch life totally depends on the operator.

Both the Zetor built front axle of 1996 and before, as well as the Carraro front axle on later models, had plenty of reserve.
