Hi, the lever (that is pulled up or down) to engage the PTO Drive is broken. It must have broke inside the casing for the hydraulic compartment? By stating the "hydraulic compartment" I mean the large, cast sections that are below the driver's seat - slightly to the rear of the tractor.
I've taken all the bolts that attach the upper casing out, and am about to (try to) lift/raise the upper casing so I can see where the PTO lever connection is broken.
Any tips on how best to raise the upper casing (there's one ring for putting a chain round). Is there anything else (apart from some of the hydraulic cables) that I need to disconnect in order to raise the upper casing free from the lower casing?
And.......... any help on suggesting the part/component that is broken will be greatly appreciated also.
Apologies if my description of the problem is not technically sound!
The upper casing is identified by the following:
132
M78400 00
Thanks in advance,
Colin.
