Zetor clutch problem - HELP!!!

Hi , i am having some problem with my Zetor 8145 Engine no. : 8401-1-024545 , Capacity : 4562 Diesel , after changing the brand new clutch (with 10.5mm thickness) , the clutch was depleted in less than 5 kilometers , please advise me of your opinion , thanks.
P/S: please send more info of the Zetor 8145 clutch together with the technical aspect needed to be followed when having the clutch changed .

It is possible that you fitted the clutch plate the wrong way round!

This happened to me on my 8011. After I bought it, after six months or so, I was continually (weekly) having to adjust the clutch. Eventually had to strip her down and found that the clutch plate was fitted the wrong way around!!!
