zetor forterra problem with engine glowing

hi to all members!i have a zetor forterra 11741 and the problem is...
i think that engine glowing is not work.i push the button and the yellow signal light is blinking 3 times.battery is full charged,i check it!when the engine is starting it smokes for a little but the signal light is still blinking 3 times.i read the manual and they say to check the fuse relevant,because glowing gratings is protected by two fuses 125amp each one.where are these fuses please?i can't find them.you think that this is the problem? thank you.

Remove front right panel to reveal battery in front of radiator fuses are located well above the battery at eye level height under a black longitudinal cover it has a - symbol on it sometimes the lugs are put in wrong causing the fuse to ark and melt.
