Zetor maintenance

I just bought a farm that came with a 4WD Zetor 3340 with a 100 series front end loader. It runs great and all but is there someplace I can get a rundown on hourly/daily/monthly maintenace, grease points, filter types and other requirements? Not sure on the year, is that stamped somewhere? Thanks for your thoughts/help.

Grease the front axle every spring, or every time you start spreading muck. (muck loading with the front loader is intensive for the front axle. in my case this is 2 or 3 times a year)

replace engine oil every 250 hrs or at least once a year.
The oil filters are of the washable mesh type, wash them out in a bucket of diesel every time you change the oil and keep using them forever
The fuel filters are to be replaced at least every 2 years, more frequently if conditions require.
Transmission oil needs a change about eveyr 1000 hrs, but that also depends on how hot you run it. With lots of loader work you can change it more often.

I dont know where the newer models have their hydraulic filters, probably not in the same position as my 5245 because the 3340 has an engine mounted oil pump.

I located 5 grease fittings on each side of the front end loader, one in the tail, and 4 on the front axle (each wheel, in front and behind the axle along the drive shaft). Are there anymore?

Engine oil? Common 10W/30?

Hydraulic fluid? Hydraulic oil or hydraulic gear oil?

I am not understanding the many types of fluids.

Best place to buy filters/parts in USA? I am in Eastern Ohio.

Hi, There are is a grease nipple each side on the top and bottom axle pivots if you have a Carraro axle. If its a Zetor axle the universal joints each side have 2. There is a grease nipple on the clutch crosshaft each side.
The engine oil can be either a 10W 30, a 15W 40 or a normal universal oil depending on your climate temperature range.
Hydraulic Oil is from the transmission. Use Universal Oil.
You have a hydraulic filter on the R/H side just under the front of the cab and a washable filter just in front of the hydraulic pump on the L/H side of the engine.
