I have a 7441 cab tractor and I want to run a 1000 pto mower.
My 7441 has a Speed Reverser Lever. According to my owners manual "models 7421/7441 and 8421/8441 equipped with the speed reverser transmission have single speed PTO".
The manual does not say if the "single speed PTO" is 540 or 1000. I am guessing it is 540 because my PTO shaft has 6 splines like a 540 PTO.
Is there any way I can run a 1000 PTO implement on my tractor? Kits? Any way to convert that 540 to 1000 pto?
I have been searching the web and I am not having much luck.
If this helps the mower I want to run is a John Deere CX 15. I love my Zetor and want to be able to run larger equipment as I have 70 HP at the PTO to do so. Thank you.
