question Zetor Proxima 8441 has no power in high range

I have an 8441 that had no power in the high power range. I replaced the turbocharger and it still has no power and will not move. Suggestions?
 
Leaking turbo piping, broken boost compensator... ??

The clutch not slipping in high range and working in low ok? stopping it was moving
