zetor tractor won't move forward or back gear grinds

got a zetor 4340 that will not move forward or reverse, when you put forward and reverse leaver in forward won't move you can hear gears grinding like they are worn or a bearing is gone and sat has dropped? not sure whats wrong and if its an easy or hard fix? can it be looked at some how?

sorry its a 6340 not 4340

Can you put it in gear with the engine off ? It might be a bad clutch cylinder.
