Machinery:
Zetor 2011, Zetor 3045, Zetor 5011, Zetor 7340 Economic
Zetor UR1 - Transmission blocked, 2 gears engaged at the same time
Error: Often the 1st/reverse gear cannot be engaged/disengaged and the engine can only be started with the clutch depressed. When you shift into another gear, the gearbox immediately locks up, so that the engine stalls when you release the clutch. Topic in the forum >>> click!
Quick remedy: Tip from Helmut (zetorhelmut)
At the end of this entry you will find the solution to the problem as a permanent remedy!
Notes:
Note the following spare part numbers: (X = replaced by the following number)
- Zetor 2011-4011 -1000 95 2008 X
- Zetor 2011 1000- to 6745 95 2016 (still available, as of 2013)
- Zetor 4911-7045 until 1982 4911 2003 X
- Zetor 5011-7745 1982 to 1995 95 2016 (still available, as of 2013)
- Zetor 3220-7340 7211 2354 (still available, as of 2013)
From Zetor 3120 onwards, further changes were made to the circuit, so that this part was completely eliminated.
In principle, the fuse should be with the ETN number. 7211 2354 fits all machines in the UR1 series from 2011-7340. The difference to the ETN no. 95 2016 is a changed spring and height.
On a Zetor 5011 built in 1982, I saw fuses that not need to be dismantled (probably ETN No. 4911 2003) - but these can easily be replaced by the two mentioned above.

Permanent remedy:
This means that it is no longer technically (mechanically) possible to have 2 gears engaged at the same time.
The spare parts required for this can be obtained from us (www.ETH-Weisse.de), and conversion is easily possible on your own.

Quick remedy: Tip from Helmut (zetorhelmut)
Thank you, Helmut (Italic font = additions/changes)At the back of the gearbox cover are the 5 shift fork locks (ETK 20/23 "Fuse"). the one on the far left is for the PTO shaft. The one on the far right is for group switching. The other 3 in the middle are for the gears.
Unscrew one fuse at a time and check the spring pressure.
Unscrew the lock and check that no spring is broken (Image 3) . If so, replace the spring or the entire fuse, part number. old 49112003 replaced by: 95 2016 or 7211 2354.
With the screwdriver you can now move the shift forks correctly, always in the middle notch.
