I have azetor 7211 which runs perfectly at idle but has a noise developing at 800rpm similar to a tappet noise but gets louder as revs increase. Tappets seem OK and noise does not decrease when injector pipe opened any ideas welcome

Zetor injector pumps can be noisy with no ill effects;also check the air compressor isn't running.
