could anyone tell me, if leaking clutch slave cylinders on my 11245 Zetor ZTS, inside the clutch housing can be changed without splitting the tractor.

Yes it can. From the left side, but it's not easy. I have it before on a 8245 and a 12245. The second time I did the job, I remove the 2 pump to gain more room.
