question Agrapoint parts supplier

Hi all,

Has anyone experience of buying parts from agrapoint? They are a German company but also run a UK website.

I'm having issues with them (see following) and was wondering whether they're a genuine business or if I should report through PayPal and get money back.

I've ordered a few small bits at start of the month (paid with paypal) and had order confirmation email through the same day, but have had no delivery, status update email etc since then and they aren't responding to my emails or WhatsApp.

Have tried email and whatsapp meszages and calls, will have to cancel transaction with my bank
