  1. zetor engine block water draining plug

If it is the same as a 6045 there is a small tap just above the oil filter.
  2. Injector pump on 6045

HI Quinny You would be better off to start a new post to get advice. Used to have a 3545 but never replaced to injector pump on it. If it is similar to the 6045 there should be a space in the gear cog that the injector pump fits into when replacing it, which will make it close to TDC. Cheers Marty
  3. Injector pump on 6045

Hi Mike Thankfully I don't have any of the braided hoses, pressurised the system with the hand primer and found a few small leaks, after fixing them it now starts like it should, surprising that a few small leaks could affect the system that much, thanks for the advice. Marty

Hi Guys Tried two cold starts, one with the injector pump on the moved setting, started and ran better but still slow starting (thanks Renze) .And one giving the pump a few primes first, started like normal this time. 6. Injector pump on 6045

Could not get much movement out of pump (possibly less than slots) as the loader frome is very close, and no chance of getting a wrench on it, sounded better, will try to get time to start it before work tomorrow and see if has made any differance. Thanks for your suggestion Mike will give that...

  8. Injector pump on 6045

HI Guys Had the injector pump reconditioned and refitted on my 6045 but since refitting has been hard to start (small puffs of black smoke and after a lot of turns finally starts) Ok restarting after inital start. Looked in recently purchased manual and only mentions mark on flywhel lining up...

  10. Radiator cap for 6045

Hi Tom you were close to the mark ,asked my local diesel mechanic, he didnt have any specs on Zetor, but on his knowledge suggested a 7 or 8psi cap which is around the 50KPa + mark. Cheers Marty
  11. Radiator cap for 6045

Thanks Tom, the cap that is on it is not holding pressure, and has kpa on it but no number, a genuine cap is available but cost nearly as much for postage, and non genuine start at 7kpa and go up from there, just didnt want to over pressurise the system with the wrong one. Cheers from the land...
  12. 3545 4wd problem

Hi I've had a 3545 for a number of years only had problems when some tried to put it in low range 4wd, not sure about overseas models but only had 4wd in high range here in Australia.

  14. Bonding brakes on 6045

Hi Guys I have to do the brakes on my 6045, has anyone had success getting new linings bonded to the aluminium shoes, was told they could crack when heated, as new shoes are $70 per shoe (x4) in Australia. I have some front axle parts left from my 3545 that I sold as a 2WD. Marty
