When I rewired my 4718 any ignition wire with a join seemed to give trouble regadless of how good the join seemed to be.
Might just be someting to keep in mind.
amazingly not much. around the inside of the block itself there was a good bit. had awfull trouble pulling the o rings past the top hole.
The new liners were a nice bit tighter than the old ones but as far as im aware thats normal.
found a broken ring in cylinder #1. It was broke in to three...

do the seals just pul up past the top hole in the Block of do you have to remove the seals first?

ok so iv biten the bullet bought 3 pistons and liner kits and there on the bench.
just wondering how difficult is it to remove the liners from the block?

just finished college so it time to get this finished!!!!......I filled the injector pump with oil an when i drained it off it was white oil that came out!
What would this be is it just condensation or is it a bigger problem?

hi there just a quick update it is the injector giving touble. an as ye said the oil has become thiner. and it is hoseing out diesel.
how is the diesel making its way in to the oil though? is it that it is just seeping past the rings?
