Hi all . am rebuilding the engine on a long 910 same as a 8011 . What are the big end torque setting and the head bolts . and also the tappets . thanks
hi shea . AFTER the pump theres a relief valve . it dumps into the power steering tank . you need to pressure test this , the relief valve can be adjusted from the bottom . . did you check filter. also the front unit under the rad could be bad . never had one open but am told its a nightmare...
you should be able to see the adjuster at the back. on the axle . some had two nuts there either 19mm or 22mm tip that back gently towards front of tractor . you could back of adjuster a bit. not to much or the cylinders will pop out . which i have done .. the cylinders could be a bit rough...

ya am wondering about that to . i had a 1224t with a torque multiplier . there seems to be a lot of torque multiplier parts aviable for 16045 and 16145 on the net.
hi @Brian . i have seen a lot of zetors with the air hose run straight from the compressor . you could use a quick release of a air compressor make sure the centre is out . and then a quick release on your hose. make sure on the other end the part that goes onto tyre is straight threw. so the...
hi . if your going to use the hole back end of the 8011 . the first 8011 had different oil filters and housing . the later should have the same as yours . am not sure if the newer housing fits the older backend . also the 8011 backend had no oil cooler . but am sure you could make yours fit . am...
hi john if your in ireland conaty in kells should have .. the big question is why did the engine do this. is the rad blocked solid . was there coolant leak. is oil pump ok , etc
i have seen some with the water sump bypassed join the inlet pipe and outlet pipe together.. say would be ok if tractor was not doing any hard work ,, but i would not take the risk
